Rocky Linux 기본 저장소(baseos · appstream · extras)에 없는 패키지를 쓰려면 CRB, EPEL, RPM Fusion 을 켠다. 순서는 CRB → EPEL → RPM Fusion 이다. RPM Fusion 이 EPEL 에 의존하기 때문이다. RPM Fusion 은 특허 · 라이선스 문제로 EPEL 에 못 들어가는 코덱(ffmpeg)과 드라이버(NVIDIA)를 담는다. 서버에서는 대개 CRB 와 EPEL 까지만 필요하다.

--nogpgcheck 는 release 패키지 자체를 받을 때만 쓴다. 설치된 뒤에는 키가 등록돼 이후 패키지는 서명 검증을 거친다.
dnf repolist
crb · epel · rpmfusion-free-updates · rpmfusion-nonfree-updates 가 목록에 있으면 된다.
2022년 테스트 됨. Rocky Linux 8 은 CRB 대신 powertools 이고 RPM Fusion 파일은 el/…-release-8 이다.
위 버전과 저장소는 오래된 것이라 저장소가 존재하지 않을 수 있다.
