업데이트 된 인증서(ca)를 컨테이너 런타임이 인식하지 못해서 발생하는 문제로 trusted ca 업데이트 후 containerd 를 재시작해야 한다.
sudo update-ca-trust force-enabled
sudo update-ca-trust extract
sudo systemctl restart containerd
